Idea: Advice a medicine box
For people that have to take several types of drugs every day, a medicine box can be a big help. The box should be filled correctly once a week, so that patients do not have to calculate or think about the correct intake of their drugs during the rest of the week. Medicine boxes are available in different sizes for large and small tablets; with space for a week or a day; or a design to use during travelling. Patients can buy them at their local pharmacist.
Idea: Calculate fracture risks
The WHO has developed a new tool to estimate the 10-year probability of fracture: the FRAX-tool. This tool might help you to decide wether preventive treatment is worthwhile.
